The French Cottage - great wifi - private and safe

Such great value in Taupō. Reasonable price meant an affordable option for a mini break. Positive: Everything you need for a short stay. Clever effective use of space. Small touches of tea, filter coffee, hairdryer. Crisp bed linen. Clear Instructions for entering and departure. Walking distance to a BYOW Indian Restaurant ! Private. Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: Great location. Negative: We didn't get given bath towels at the start, and as the hosts only respond between 9 and 5 (we got to the accommodation after 5), this wasn't resolved till mid morning the next day. We couldn't get the cast to work on the TV either, and there are no streaming accounts set up. It's possible that the cast issue was associated with the phone rather than the TV, but I don't have issues casting to other TVs.

Positive: Bastante amplio, estuvimos muy comodos. Negative: Tiene WiFi, pero se cortó varias veces. Tuve que reiniciar el router en varias ocasiones.

We loved The French Cottage Positive: Delightfully French influence. Roomy, warm and comfortable, and very clean. Negative: The only thing we found difficult was accessing tv channels (which may reflect our age group!!) . But we did watch a couple of great movies.
